TERMS & CONDITIONS

1Who you are booking with

Al Marmoom Domes is owned and operated by Al Salah Holding, at the Al Marmoom Desert Reserve, Al Qudra, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator; “you” means the person making the booking. By completing a booking you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party, and you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

2Making a booking

A booking becomes ours to honour only once payment has succeeded.

• Choosing dates places a temporary hold on the dome or domes you have selected. That hold lasts 15 minutes, and exists so that nobody else can take the same dome while you are entering your details.
• If you do not complete payment within that time the hold lapses and the dome returns to sale. Nothing is charged, and you are welcome to start again.
• Your booking is confirmed when the payment is completed, not when the form is submitted. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference beginning AMD.
• If a payment succeeds but we cannot honour the stay — a rare case where the dome was taken in the moments before confirmation — we will contact you and refund in full.

3Prices and what they include

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED), per dome, per night, and include applicable taxes and fees.
• The price shown before you choose dates is a guide. The price shown once you have chosen dates is the price you pay, and it is the figure carried through to payment.
• Where a stay spans nights priced differently, the total is the sum of those nights rather than one rate multiplied out.
• Each collection includes what is listed on its page for that collection. Anything not listed is not included.

4How many guests a dome takes

Each dome accommodates two adults and two children.

• A party larger than that is quoted across two or more domes, and the total reflects every dome required.
• Some collections admit fewer guests than the dome physically holds. Where that is the case it is stated on the collection, and the quote follows the collection's limit.
• The number of guests you book for is the number who may stay. Please tell us before arrival if your party changes, so that we can confirm we can accommodate it.

5Length of stay

Each collection is sold for a maximum number of nights, shown on the collection itself. If your dates exceed that maximum, the collection is not offered for those dates and you will be shown the ones that are.

6Extras and occasion setups

• Extras are priced either per dome or per guest, as stated at the time of booking, and are added to the total shown before payment.
• Occasion setups — a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal — depend on us knowing the occasion in advance and on the arrangements being available on the day. They are requests rather than guarantees, and are confirmed by our reservations team rather than by the booking itself.
• Anything you skip at booking can still be arranged with us before you arrive, subject to availability.

7Payment

• Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, by card, through our payment provider.
• We do not see or store your full card number. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider.
• If your card is declined the booking is not made and the dome is released.

8The desert, and your safety

• The property sits within a desert reserve. Conditions — heat, wind, sand, wildlife — are part of the experience and are not grounds for a claim.
• Each dome has a private pool. Pools are unsupervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and you remain responsible for everyone in your party.
• Please follow our team's guidance on the reserve, its wildlife, and any activity included in your stay.

9Damage and behaviour

• You are responsible for any loss or damage to the dome, its contents, or the wider property caused by anyone in your party.
• We may end a stay without refund where behaviour endangers other guests, our team, or the reserve.

10If we have to change your booking

Very occasionally we may need to move a booking — for maintenance, weather, or something outside our control. Where that happens we will offer you an equivalent dome for the same dates, alternative dates, or a full refund, and the choice is yours.

11Your information

How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
